With the help of Andy Whitmore at Greystoke studios, who has worked with the likes of Elton John and Danni Minogue, singer-songwriter, Jodie H. Dunn has been able to transform her beautifully written songs into professionally finished products.
Jodie was involved in music from a young age, singing in the garden to imaginary audiences and teaching herself keyboard at the age of 9. However, during her early teens she was subjected to a lot of bullying, forcing her to change schools in the middle of her exams. The bullying then developed onto social media, giving Jodie no real escape.
After studying at the Academy of Music and Sound, music became Jodie’s diary whereby she expressed her emotions via her lyrics. Her songs have gradually increased in meaning and feeling, leading to ‘I Belong In Hell’, which is based on the idea of someone controlling you at your lowest point.
