On 2 October, Odillia, a hip-hop and pop crossover phenomenon, released her most impressive track to date, seeing her team up with none other than Snoop Dogg on the brand new ‘Break It Down’. Break It Down is hot on the heels of her chart-topping End of the World debut single, featuring Atlanta’s Lil ‘Keed, which has racked up more than 10 million social media views since it premiered.
Odillia was born in the Netherlands and left home at 16 to fulfil her dreams of becoming a pop sensation. She moved to LA, where she landed her record deal with Will Luke’s ‘Lukevision’ after finding success in the BBC talent show ‘All Together Now’.
‘Break it down is a catchy pop track which is laced with upbeat synths and a toe-tapping beat. Currently working on her debut EP ‘Misfit 21’ and collaborating with Netherlands-based producers, her upcoming EP is rumoured to hold a combination of stylistic avenues and explorative genres.

“I write all of my own songs. They are all based on things I have personally experienced or the experiences of people in my life. Sometimes, when two people are in a relationship but not on the same page, there comes that moment of honestly where they just have to break it down and say what it is they want or don’t want from each other. I’m excited to play off those emotions in a back and forth with Snoop with beautiful Aruba as the backdrop of the story.”– Odillia on her songwriting experience
